The owner is super friendly and welcoming ! Machines are excellent for hard strength workouts and a room with toys for children is a good idea. Happy to train there
This place has been a great find. Capped membership keeps it feeling close-knit and private, and it’s nice not having to hunt for equipment or wait around. Johnny (owner) is the man! Genuinely nice guy and clearly cares about how the gym runs and how people feel in it. Plus they’ve got some seriously cool, niche machines.
Why would you even go to a gym that has everything you need, is not overcrowded. Has great people that care about being healthy. And the owner genuinely cares about you as a member. I just don’t get it. 😂 This is the best gym in the valley and possibly state.
