Excellent gym with a very friendly and motivating environment. The equipment is modern, clean, and well-maintained for all types of training. Trainers are supportive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help improve technique. The gym is spacious and not overly crowded, making workouts comfortable. Hygiene standards are good, and facilities are well managed. Overall, a great place to stay consistent and achieve fitness goals.

Was in town for work for a few days and needed a workout. Stopped here and it was absolutely perfect. Middle of the day so not busy at all, the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, getting me taken care of and at only $15, I felt like it was a steal! Equipment was top notch and every member and staff are sure to keep it as clean as possible. I love when a gym has, both, employees and members carrying immense pride in their space. Will absolutely come back on my next trip
