Owner is rude to customers he tried explaining what was wrong and made no sense at all like he didn’t even know how the vehicle worked. Not sure how he even owns a shop if he don’t know how a simple rack and pinion system works. His mechanic told me he taught them to align them by pulling the steering wheel off and putting it back on straight. After I heard that I requested my money back and the owner refused claims he already ordered the parts and done the labor which he did but it wasn’t done correctly or wasn’t drivable. ... read more
Went camping in Cherokee and had an issue with my truck. Met Hawk before they opened and he had the truck towed and repaired within a few hours, saving us a 4 hour trip! The charge was extremely reasonable! Highly recommended! Thank you Hawk and team!!
What a wonderful group of people! I couldn't be more impressed by the service and respect that Hard Tymes provided! They are my new mechanic and I have spread the word all around about the wonderful work that David, John and Hoc provided to me and my family! My vehicle now runs beautifully. Thank you guys!
