Cannot recommend. Call center is unhelpful in emergencies. Alarm does not make sound - nothing to deter anyone who breaks in.
Stay far, far away from this vendor. They're very communicative during the pre-sales process but as soon as you get into the actual work, the owner disappears. Multiple missed deadlines, low-quality work that required repeated maintenance after installation, and unresponsiveness to basic requests.
The guys at Hard Target are first class! I have had security for a long time at my business. Before installing we did a ton if research on the many different options. We decided on a company that we thought was a great company. They came out, set us up and we never saw them again. Then one day I met Bill and he is a very nice guy.
