I'm writing this for my sister, Hope, who doesn't have a Google account. She called a number of fencing companies for a repair to her vinyl fence, but nobody had bothered to return her call, except Jake at Hard Rock Fencing. He came out the same day, quickly repaired the fence and tweaked the gate, then refused to take any pay. What can I say, but thank you, Jake. Part Two: After being so pleased with my first experience (see below) with Jake and his company, I hired him to replace a small section of vinyl fence that included a very dysfunctional gate that drove us crazy for years. Included in this project, was the installation of a back gate to our neighbor's yard. We could not be happier with the results of their work. I chose Hard Rock solely based on reviews and this company did not disappoint. We’ve put in a lot of fence ourselves and I knew we wouldn’t have the time or energy to get this done when we needed it. Jake was here and ready in great timing. His attention to detail, knowing we have 4lb Yorkie’s that need tight quarters…..he went the extra mile to assure our fence is perfectly cinched. They don’t make any better than Jake! Thank you!!!
