Hard makes many of the beds at my current place of employment, and we find them fairly reliable. However, I really love the beautiful logo and branding design that Hard uses on its products. It's incredibly distinctive!
Hello, My wife and I purchased a Stockton-manual bed for our son whom is living in a group home. Within 30 days of ownership the crank-handles had broken. Hard Manufacturing repaired the handles and sent replacement parts while the design was reviewed by their engineers. Hard Manufacturing has to date been unwilling or unable to correct the issue of week crank-handles. My wife and I as well as the staff in the group home are plagued with problems of repairing or contracting the repair of this bed monthly. I would NOT recomme... read more
