Its always fun to come out to these events. The astronomy professor from GSU is doing awesome research and the students were all super sweet. Its a nice family outing
A very good experience. Georgia State University puts on a very detailed tour of the facility
Not worth driving more than an hour to open house. What you see in these telescopes is distant galaxies/stars as you see at night from ur parking. I was expecting a close up on a surface of some planet or something like that
You pay $25 a person for a trail tour and you just walk the same trail everyone else walks. It's a rip off.
