I will have to say that I have worked in retail for 11 years so I am hyper sensitive to the treatment we received . We could not have had a better experience .i forgot to ask the guy helping us what his name was but we must have tried on at least 10 pairs of Goggles each .. We finally made a decision by listening to his expertise ... We were both so happy today on the slopes with our new Goggles .. Went here once and the service was excellent. My buddy forgot his goggles on the drive out so he had to get a pair. The employee working was very educated and got us in and out with what we needed.
It was hard headed is great! I am always greeted right when I enter. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The selection is very abundant. I enjoy visiting for all of my winter accessories and necessities.

Hard Headed is great! Left side wall is every goggle on the market, and right side wall is every helmet on the market. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and there's even a good selection of accessories lining the middle of the shop (gloves/gaiters/hats). I work at a shop in town and we carry a small selection of similar items and if we don't have what the customer is looking for I send them to Hard Headed.

Definitely the best selection of helmets in Steamboat; the staff are super nice and knowledgeable. Staff is willing to take the time to help you get the proper fit so that you purchase the right helmet & goggles to meet your needs would definitely recommend them!
