Clean gym and a nice owner. To be fair, I didn't work out here but was watching my kid with his trainer. It was clean and uncluttered and had classes running that seemed reasonable.
Nice facility, great people helping me achieve my goals. 3 months of training, noticeably stronger and my clothes are fitting better
Joining HGA was the most life changing decision of my life. I'm 56 years old and have been working out since I was 18 years old. This community is like no other. People here are like no other. They care about you, they will laugh with you, they will laugh at you, they will cry with you, but more importantly, they will always walk beside you.
Love this gym and community! Great coaching and accountability.
