Just received our new E2 Eco Spa yesterday. Scott and his crew not only delivered it, but took it up a flight of wooden stairs to our 2nd story deck (not an easy task) which involved some disassembly and reassembly. The crew were friendly and professional. Great service. The spa is heating up now and I can't wait to get in this afternoon!
This is a most substantial, beautiful, and professionally engineered hot tub we have ever owned. We are in our 80s and the split hard cover design allows us to easily lift to open and to close with difficulty with no strain at all. Jets are strong, lighting is beautiful and the Ozone feature is a relief after using more chemicals than we had wanted with other tubs.
Wonderful experience with the kind staff. They were so helpful with meeting my needs. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family! Thank you
I have four hard cover spas. One is a dozen years old, with only one repair. The other three I just bought this year from Scott. I had an issue with one and he came form Eugene, OR to Packwood, WA, a four and a half hour drive. That is service. Do not underestimate the value of these hard covers. Traditional covers get water logged in a few years and need replacing because you can't move them. They are expensive! Good product, good service. Can't be beat!
We have had our Eco Spa for about 5 years. After the ice storm in Portland last winter (2023-24) the water level began dropping quickly, an inch or more a day without any use. After trying to locate the leak unsuccessfully on my own, I reached out to Scott. After multiple calls, texts and pictures, the leak was finally isolated and easily remedied with Scott's guidance.
