Paid a deposit and never received my item! I ordered a kitchen island on Dec. 31 2023. Matt said he'd have it done in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks had passed, I contacted him and he didn't respond for days. He then said it wasn't finished but promised he would have it ready by March 4. I contacted him then and he still hasn't responded. I paid a 50% deposit that is probably lost now. Don't make the same mistake!
My husband I stumbled upon Matt's artwork at Defrance on Beal. We've been working on a custom hallway built-in made from upper kitchen cabinets and were so undecided on the top.
