Sam Harris cannot grasp the simple "No Junk Mail" request on my letterbox, repeatedly telling me, a renter with his agency I might add, about his sales. If you can't respect a simple request to not be nagged then how good can you really be at the stakeholder management required in sales?

As a professional owner of a business, I've never dealt with such a system that does not comply with the ways that the regulations work and I would not be buying houses off these people.

I found my experience with Sam Bennet to be quite disappointing. During a Best Offers campaign, I was repeatedly told that there was strong interest “well over $1.5” on a property. Weeks later, the property remains unsold, which clearly contradicts the information I was given at the time. The pricing guidance felt unrealistic and created a sense of pressure rather than transparency.
