I have been dealing with Queenstown Harcourts for more than 10 years now. Janelle used to own and run it and she was wonderful. She was in fact the reason why I decided to invest in Queenstown. She was caring and compassionate. Rodney came onto the scene about 8 years ago. He sold me a house where some of the rooms floors were dirt, but he cropped out the floors in the photos of those rooms. There was no mention in the property description of the dirt floors. We rented several times from Harcourts Queenstown and always found them fair and reasonable in every way. In fact they're exceptionally good because it's a difficult ground to tread between agent and leasee and we had nothing but good to say about Harcourts. Horrible in all ways, our rent goes up every quarter and basic repairs haven’t been done, how hard is it to fix flyscreens
