Im so happy Claudia is no longer my property manager. She rarely ever attends to or follows up on maintenance on the properties she poorly manages, to the point that we had to wait over a year for crucial maintenance like live mould or a broken air conditioner that wasn’t fixed for the whole summer. Zero star for Joe Maiorana who is the worst agent I have ever dealt with. Today I called twice regarding enquires about two different properties on sale asking for letters of offer and this man said unless I go to inspections, he won’t give me any letter of offer! I hope the vendors of these properties see this! I asked him why and the reason he said is I would make the owners nervous!?
