We bought a house in 2021 with them. The agent must hide lots faulty of the house with vendor. Because the middle floor sink the wall cracked the kitchen floor rotted. But all covered under new carpet and painting. Don’t trust them.
Good customer service and responsible Sales Manager. Selina is a very responsible person and good in customer service. She helped a lot especially to manage the issue during the deal liked verified all the information carefully, and ensure all are legal and good. High recommend clients to seek her help and service
Friendly Assistance. I really enjoyed working with Selina as a tenant and a Purchaser as she was very friendly and understanding. She ensured that information was clear at all times and was always open to questions. She was understanding when we had to amend plans due to family commitments or other issues. She made processes easier and a pleasant experience. She was very consistant and kept in regular contact regarding all matters. I totally recommend her to any person requiring assistance.
Couldn't have asked for more. Cathy was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions at the drop of a hat. She helped my first home purchase get across the line and for that I am grateful.
