This has to be the worse experience I’ve ever had to buy land I had to chase the agent to send me the contract to sign but it took all day to pull over He promised to clear the land but nothing until the day of settlement he was going to do it but I had to pay $1400 to get it done , as I couldn’t wait for him and doubt it would be done I ask about water sitting on land from neighbours retaining wall I’ve been told but still as usual haven’t heard a word from him And I call the sales manager and left a message to call me and ... read more
