Overall we had a very unsatisfactory experience with our investment property in Kippa-Ring. Agents were often unresponsive and we had to follow-up multiple times to get a response. Further, they did not pick-up on major issues during inspections. Additionally, they completely undervalued the market and never actively prompted an increase of rent. This supermarket is conveniently located and impressively well-maintained. It boasts excellent facilities. However, there is a minor issue with some staff members who handle security cards in a slightly impolite manner. Apart from that, it’s a hassle-free shopping experience.

We have had rental properties on the Redcliffe Peninsula managed by Whitney Stokes for about 5 years now. She has been responsive and a great communicator. Whenever there have been any issues at all, she has raised them straight away. She knows her stuff when it comes to the rights of landlords and tenants. Looking for a house nowadays is not easy and dealing with some real estate agents can be frustrating, however, everyone we have dealt with and spoken to from this company have been so lovely, friendly, understanding and just plain nice down to earth people. I also met a lot of them on the clean up for Redcliffe after the last storm. They supplied a team to clean up the whole of Grant Street and supplied breakfast and lunch.
