We feel very fortunate to have purchased our Queenstown property through Maria Rosa at Harcourts. Maria really does go above and beyond, working all hours, assisting with those extra things you need help with when settling from overseas. Maria is an excellent communicator, very warm, and outgoing. I would also feel comfortable selling through Maria; she struck that difficult balance of keeping all parties considered and happy. The house was also handed over in meticulous condition (very lucky indeed). Thank you!!
