Terrible service. Not trust worthy agent. Don't ever try
Worst real estate company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. These fraudsters should have their licenses revoked and I don't say that lightly. They know exactly how to swindle and scam their way into doing as little work as possible while siphoning as much money out of you as they can, all within the grey areas of the law so they can't be called up on it. hahahaha i think it's pretty telling that the ONLY good review for these guys came from their own employee! LinkedIn don't lie, honey.
Absolutely irresponsible and incompetent. Being a tenant at one their properties is basically asking for trouble. They won't help you with anything or hear from them except when they need you to pay rent. All they want is your money and signature.
