BRETT PILGRAM PLACE MY MOTHERS PROPERTY ON THE MARKET at 150000 to 200000 below market value. He quit when questioned and then continued to act as if he still had the contract and demanded payment for costs with threats to sue my sister and me and the executer of the estate. He cannot be trusted. Did he put a low price on the property so that his friend could buy it and then flip it 6 months later in order to make easy money? Just a question of course. Be careful when dealing with this company
TERRIBLE SERVICE. NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE TO INQUIRIES. They list properties, FAIL TO LET RENTERS KNOW A LISTING IS UNDER PROCESSING WITH APPLICATIONS. THEY EMAILED ME SAYING "NEW INSPECTION DATES SOON" ... ONLY TO GET ANOTHER ONE 2 DAYS LATER TO SAY "PROPERTY ISN'T AVAILABLE, RENTED" . DISHONEST!
Dani was knowledgeable about the market, was thoughtful and considered and was always honest and truthful. I felt very confident in her ability to market and sell my property. Dani has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, thinks and works strategically, is diligent, determined and has a calm reassuring demeanor about her. She is highly professional.
Do not use this agency. Extremely unprofessional, rude and incompetent from start to finish. Communication is non-existent, they constantly make mistakes, ignore messages, and treat you like you’re an inconvenience. The level of service is shocking for the fees they charge.Zero accountability, zero care, and zero results. Save yourself the headache and avoid Pilgrim Real Estate Dulwich at all costs. Terrible experience.
Liz was great! This was our first time selling a house so we had a lot of questions but she was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very smooth for us. She went above and beyond to get the best price for our house and we are so grateful. We sold the house due to a separation and Liz was very understanding that this was a hard situation for us but she put our minds at ease and made the whole process as easy as possible. I would highly recommend Liz to anyone looking to buy or sell.
