Thank you for finding tenants. But that’s where the positives end. Agent passed an exit inspection that was far from passable and returned bond. Filthy shower screen, dust, damaged wall, damaged furniture and it was passed!!! Very disappointed. Even before and after pics of dirt and damage were not acknowledged as proof. I would not recommend Carolyn or Jsarna to care for the interests of the homeowner.
Sellers - unconditional contracts pressured to be signed by your realestate agent is actually illegal and could cost you further offers & funding. It is misleading & breaches legislation & the Agents rights & responsibilities. This agent needs to take accountability for rushing & not doing things by the book, he will be reported to the agencies
