I had Chris the handyman with Harcourts come to fix up and replace my bathroom door handle. He was so wonderful to be around, went above and beyond to help by coming in on his weekend and even ended up fixing my shower head leak. I really appreciated the his kindness, and to add onto it he did such a great job!

Easily one of the worst real estate companies in Melbourne . In the 8 months since I’ve been renting through Harcourts I have had members of the Harcourts accounts team send me emails regarding unpaid invoices that have turned out to be a mistake. I have received over 40+45 emails and messages from harcourts with regards to rental safe compliance checks . Unfortunately, we have had ongoing challenges with communication from Harcourts. Upon moving in, we did not receive a key for our mailbox. When we finally received one, it turned out to be the wrong key. We immediately informed them of this, and while we were told the issue would be resolved, we received no follow-up despite several attempts to contact them over the course of three months.
