Easily one of the worst real estate companies in Melbourne . In the 8 months since I’ve been renting through Harcourts I have had members of the Harcourts accounts team send me emails regarding unpaid invoices that have turned out to be a mistake. I have received over 40+45 emails and messages from harcourts with regards to rental safe compliance checks . Unfortunately, we have had ongoing challenges with communication from Harcourts. Upon moving in, we did not receive a key for our mailbox. When we finally received one, it turned out to be the wrong key. We immediately informed them of this, and while we were told the issue would be resolved, we received no follow-up despite several attempts to contact them over the course of three months. I've been in Australia for almost 6 years now and I still have problems with the agencies I used to deal with. I nearly gave up hope! But Harcourt are great, kind, human and easy to contact if you have any problems. I have no intention of changing agencies. I highly recommend it
