If you're looking for a property manager, you need Kellie Ault! She is excellent. She was recommended to us and when we reached out she suggested that we meet in person, the only property manager who suggested this which made us feel like we were not not just another landlord. She's highly professional, organised and her communication is excellent. She found suitable tenants for our property and has managed everything perfectly so far.
Kellie was always prompt with her communication and kept us up to date of what is required to put our property into the rental market. She was honest with her thoughts around the tenant applications, and she has been considerate of our views and thoughts around how we envision our property to be managed.
