We recently sold a house through Harcourts Mackay. Our agent Kelsey Webb did a great job. We hit a couple of rough patches but Kelsey worked hard at getting us a great result. It's been about 5 months, but this review is necessary. If I could give zero stars, I would. It was clear from the start that ‘Team Tina’ had this property lined up for her ‘client.’ The entire process felt incredibly unprofessional.
