It was a pleasure to work with Lily, from the second I messaged her to view the property (well outside of business hours) she was proactive, nothing was too much trouble. Lily is professional, calm and caring, remembering details others overlook. She displayed a balance between moving the process steadily forward always with a relaxed, and helpful demeanour.
