Very disappointed with the service especially after what was promised. It sounded like we were getting the best property manager ever, small team that work together with support of the director. Service did not go above and beyond as expected, was even hard to get our keys, even though their website (and google at the time of writing this) says 5pm nobody there after 4. Daniel recently assisted us in the sale of our house and I cannot speak highly enough of him. From the first phone discussion to after settlement date he has been professional but with a real personal touch. Ably assisted by Stacey who is so amazing and available at any time to assist with questions and support, they are an awesome team that I can’t recommend enough. Thankyou so much.
BEWARE: Avoid having them as your Property Manager. One of them was the most unprofessional Property Manager that I have ever experienced and has caused significant stress to me & my family for over 6 months. Even 2 weeks after we left, she's still trying to punish us.
