Nikita was simply amazing and it felt like I was working with family. Nikita was not only brilliant with walking us through the whole process, she was also patient. I personally found it stressful buying the house and the processes aligned with it and then Nikita offered advice at times of need, which was amazing. Will always advise others to seek out Nikita when purchasing a house.
Jodie made our interstate move super easy and was extremely helpful with local contacts. Jodie's video house walk through was really informative especially as we were purchasing from interstate. Jodie was also very accommodating with a viewing time to line up with a flight time in and out of Hobart. Negotiations were transparent and quick. Jodie also was super supportive helping me arrange services without us being at the property e.g cleaners and utility connections. Thank you Jodie.
