Micheal was our property manager and he was amazing we didn’t have much to complain about but when we did he was straight on it, it was our first experience renting and he didn’t take advantage of that fact and lead us in the right direction, definitely 10/10 property manager
We recently bought a property with Michael. He was a real professional and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help out when a few issues popped up on a building and pest inspection. Nothing was too hard.
Michael is hands down the best and most reliable real estate agent we’ve had, super committed , honest and outgoing, couldn’t recommend someone more !
Disgusting example of the greed that is fuelling the housing crisis. Harcourts Hinterland is advertising a very basic 1-bedroom apartment in the Emporio complex at Maroochydore for $725/week. This is an average complex and an extremely ordinary unit. There is nothing remotely premium about it, and the bedroom does not even have a window. Pricing a substandard property like this at such an inflated level is pure greed from both the owner and the agency. If you want a down to earth, genuine buying/selling experience I cannot recommend Michael enough. My partner and I bought a dream property through Harcourts Hinterland and Michael facilitated it perfectly. Nothing was too much of an ask and the communication was spot on. He never made us feel like any of our questions were dumb (even though they most certainly were) and was available at all times. Very hard working man and we are super thankful for everything he did for us. 5 stars!
