Our initial meeting with Micheal provided us with the confidence and trust, we needed, to go ahead with the sale. Our previous experience with an agent from outside the area, had left us wary of hollow promises. Micheal’s kind, self assured manner, created a relaxed focus on the steps he was prepared to implement. Our cherished home was sold within a week of our first and only Open House. Micheal was successful in negotiating a price that he had quoted, and well beyond previous agent estimates.
Micheal was our property manager and he was amazing we didn’t have much to complain about but when we did he was straight on it, it was our first experience renting and he didn’t take advantage of that fact and lead us in the right direction, definitely 10/10 property manager
We recently bought a property with Michael. He was a real professional and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help out when a few issues popped up on a building and pest inspection. Nothing was too hard.
