Julie and her team at Harcourts manage our rental property. Staff are extremely helpful and easy to communicate with, problems are resolved quickly. I would recommend them if you are looking for property manager for your investment property. 10/10

The property management/organizational structure is outdated and inefficient. The concept of having a "pool" of property managers to conduct property management business is so backward and lacks any genuine property manager/landlord professional relationship.
