Very Happy ! We have found everyone on the property management team at Harcourts Barossa to be very professional and helpful. They are immediately on the job when notified of an issue and resolve it to the satisfaction of both owner and tenant. They worked hard leading up to the holiday period and were most obliging when we had a change of tenants with scheduling inspections and so on. Ben is the worst person I ever work would, he threat my tenant that he would tow there cars if they didn't move and I did not consent
Having just moved my rental management to Harcourts I have been overwhelmingly impressed by the professionalism and capability of the rental managers. Five stars - absolutely recommend.
AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Very disappointing. We do not recommend engaging harcourts gawler to manage our rental property or yours. Absolutely shocking!!! After the tenant contacted us directly with concerns of the condition of our property and the emails from harcourts accusing the tenant of fabricating issues & ultimately ignoring his maintenance requests!! Would give minus if possible. They took-over from barossa valley rental specialist and in my 15yrs of renting never have i experienced a real estate company like this, they are rude, damaging, incredibly corupt and absolutely aweful management in every way. They broke the contract on many many occasions, took me to tribunal when I was no where near 14days overdue .. on the date of it was 2days, just because of my pay day.
