Harcourts were great to deal with. Responsive to queries in good time, and friendly staff. Shei Mitchell was particularly outstanding, with very speedy response - and helpful!
Hi We are renting a property through Harcourts. Shei is our property manager. Unfortunately we had a bad tenant whose pets damaged our property we had to claim insurance. Shei was amazing at dealing with this long drawn out process ( NO fault ) of hers Shei went above and beyond for us . Looking forward to dealing with Shei for the next tenant .
I have found always found the tram at Harcourts to be always positive and helpful with any questions I have or concerns about my property. The home inspection are always thorough and include photographs. This is great to see as I live interstate and have a vested interest in ensuring the property is being maintained properly.
I have been very happy with Harcourts management of my rental property in Gawler. They have managed this for us for over a decade. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and bring property maintenance issue to us quickly. They are also swift to get the appropriate help out to fix issues. Highly recommend them.
Very clear Communication and fair advice when it comes Handy Man
