They took-over from barossa valley rental specialist and in my 15yrs of renting never have i experienced a real estate company like this, they are rude, damaging, incredibly corupt and absolutely aweful management in every way. They broke the contract on many many occasions, took me to tribunal when I was no where near 14days overdue .. on the date of it was 2days, just because of my pay day. Do not engage Harcourts Gawler as your property manager if you want your property looked after. They will have no integrity or care for your property. It is all about getting the money but not doing the job they are paid for. Inspections are the same photos each time, repairs are overlooked and then we got a big list of repairs required once a new tenant moved in.
