Do not engage Harcourts Gawler as your property manager if you want your property looked after. They will have no integrity or care for your property. It is all about getting the money but not doing the job they are paid for. Inspections are the same photos each time, repairs are overlooked and then we got a big list of repairs required once a new tenant moved in. Absolutely appalling experience, I would give Harcourts 0 stars if that was possible. Since Harcourts took over Barossa Rental Specialists, the service has deteriorated beyond recognition. I was promised communication and continuity — instead, I’ve had no introduction to my property manager, no proper oversight of my tenancy.
