Excellent support from the rental team including Michelle whilst tenanted. Caring and supportive. Incredibly quick sale, sold within a day without even getting to advertisement. Cordell used his knowledge of his customers and what they were after to attain a buyer in no time. All interactions were instantaneous, professional and accurate. Never pushy, always caring, supportive and providing options. Price attained above market, there were no compromises in any regard. 6 stars out of 5.
If you seek Apathy, Misrepresentation, Mismanagement, inflated repair costs, Income loss, and property damage, then you shoud list your investment property with the Devonport Harcourts team. I provided a single star as the option to give none doesn't exist. Whilst managing our property over $70,000 damage was incurred by separate tenants. Each time their exit reports failed to flag the damage and each time the manager responsible left their employ.
Cordell was excellent! Kept us informed the whole time, treated the property and us with a great deal of respect, courtesy and gave good advice. We would highly recommend Cordell and HARCOURTS to anyone looking to sell.
