I provided a single star as the option to give none doesn't exist. Whilst managing our property over $70,000 damage was incurred by separate tenants. Each time their exit reports failed to flag the damage and each time the manager responsible left their employ.
Cordell was excellent! Kept us informed the whole time, treated the property and us with a great deal of respect, courtesy and gave good advice. We would highly recommend Cordell and HARCOURTS to anyone looking to sell.
