This 5 star review is purely for Chris Hill. Not only is he professional, friendly and down to earth, he is the first person in the 5 years I have been with this company, to treat me like an actual person and not just another replaceable source of income. If it was not for the absolute gem that is Chris, this company would be getting a 1 star review.
Disgusted with the treatment of my extended family who are exiting their rental property after 13 years. Despite having professional cleaners, a gardener and carpet cleaners in to have the home looking it's best they have nit picked every little detail. It definitely feels like their job is to keep as much of the bond for themselves as possible. Even faulty items that had been repeatedly reported they are saying weren't reported. We found Chris to be very knowledgeable and communicative in market knowledge. We had come across Chris at a couple of other properties before purchasing the property through him. We was very knowledgeable in a straightforward manner as regards the current market.
