Was perfectly fine presale, but post sale could use some work. As a first time seller I was heavily leaning on them for guidance. When I was told to bring the NBN modem back, I did just that. But the agent only asked me about handing over the extra keys on the day of settlement, sadly I was busy that day. But the next day I drove over to him only for him to not take the keys and inform me I needed to further clean the house.
