Went to enquire about a listing, whoever the man was that opened the door and answered our questions, was so rude and arrogant. Won’t be going there for help ever again. Edit- was the owner
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the manager as we needed help the most. Very disappointed with this decision to leave us to fend for ourselves with a hostile Landlord. Instructing our now ex agent that they aren't allowed to give us advice on vcat or how to protect ourselves legally. Absolutely spineless behaviour.

Worst real estate, After making an application for a rental property providing all necessary documentation and for 2 weeks no communication no response or follow-up to emails or text messages from Michelle the Property Manager. Discriminatory comments ( saw 2 names on my medicare card) " Do you have kids!! " oh shock horror most people do (young adults living and working in qld .)..she also asked for confidential medical reports ( none of her business!!!!!!) Would not deal with this real estate again.
