We turned up to a home open to find nobody there. I had driven an hour with the kids in the car, in the evening, to a fairly remote location. I couldnt get hold of the real estate agent and, after leaving a message on her voicemail, she didnt even have the decency to call me back to explain or apologise. Beyond unprofessional. Please avoid
Where to start? We are a professional couple who have sold on the Sunshine Coast and are looking at purchasing in Tassie. We have come down with a short list of properties we wish to go through over the month we are here so we can find our perfect home. We contacted 5 different real estate agents and have had wonderful interactions. But Harcourt's and in particular our experience with the plumber/real estate worker (I wouldn't call him anyones 'agent') was horrific! I keep getting spam sent through after requests for it to stop. Never signed up for this
I'd give minus 5 stars if I could. Possibly the worst time of my life as a renter through these scammers. Lied constantly, tried to bully us and tell us who can come to the house, refused to clean up and do repairs. My family is just getting over the trauma. Its shocking, who would think a real estate would be so nasty, vindictive and spiteful? Correspondence from them and disgusting property photos available on request.
Would leave no stars if I could after what they put me and my family through, don't rent through this despicable company
