We purchased 6 combo-gowns, dickies, and tabs for the Hamilton Law Association to lend out to our members as needed. Very happy with the finished product and outstanding customer service from Rockel. We will order from Harcourts again in the future.
I ordered the wrong shirt size twice and Harcourts accepted both returns and refunded the money. Ultimately, they didn’t have my shirt size so I had to get it somewhere else, but they provided great service and quick refunds. Thank you
My son’s school forgot to order his cap and gown for highschool grad and we had 24 hours to find a new one!!! He is graduating top honours and with awards and I wanted him to look the part. Charging students $60 plus tax to rent a cheap, worn-out robe for a few hours is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY
I had a very disappointing experience with the rental service here. While they responded quickly when I wanted to rent a robe and were quick to take my money, they stopped replying after I informed them I couldn't attend my bar ceremony due to a flight issue. I understood they wouldn’t refund me for the unused robe, but I asked if they could apply my payment to a future rental or offer a partial discount. They completely ignored my request.
