I have been using Harco for 4 years now, and I have rarely had a bad piece of equipment. When I do have a problem, a service truck is on site within the hour. At one point I had a track come off a loader 3 times. But, after talking to the manufacturer, the problem was actually the conditions I was in. So therefore, I can say nothing bad about Harco. Over the last 2 months, I have rented a gas powered welder and a hydraulic tiller. Each time they have been very helpufull and its been very easy to set up reservations. The equipment is always in good shape and works well. There prices are very reasonable as well.
