I've had the pleasure of working with Harco over the past year as we setup our flagship store for NextGen Laundry in Port Credit. All along they have been super helpful, made excellent recommendations and act as true partners! I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again on my upcoming stores.
Harco installed some Domus washers at my laundromat recently. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they rectified the problems in an honest and timely manner. The washers are working good, and I have been happy. James Jackson, my sales rep, kept good communication the whole time. I'd definitely consider buying from Harco again
Their customer service department consists of 1 person who talks like an annoyed teenager.
I am a landlord with a small house in Annex. We have only one washer and one dryer, coin operated. Washer was broken and we ordered Harco to repair. They promised if it could not be repaired and we purchase a new washer from them at the end, they will waive the repair fee.
