Harburg Properties has truly set the gold standard for student-friendly housing in Boulder. I rarely write reviews, even when service is disappointing, but the experience I’ve had with this company has been astonishing. I initially reached out through Zillow to schedule a tour for a property I was very interested in. After several days of silence, I called the number listed. That number led me to an automated menu that only allowed me to schedule a tour, but not speak to a representative. By far the best renting experience I’ve had in Boulder. Our landlord and his maintenance team were amazing and very helpful during the two years I rented through Harburg.

I was a tenant of Harburg Properties for nearly 5 years and it was such a great experience working with Richard. He and Luciano - the technician are very kind, helpful, and fast to assist me on maintenance requests and rent contract. They have decent apartments and offered affordable rent which is suitable for university students. I would recommend to reach out to them for apartments, they are one of the nicest people you can work with.
