I have rented from Richard for over a year and he's been very supportive and helpful despite some unfortunate roommate drama. The maintenance crew are also great! Very responsive and kind. I recommend renting from Harburg. They are much less corporate than many of the other Boulder Property Management companies.

Harburg Properties has truly set the gold standard for student-friendly housing in Boulder. Their listings are not only consistently affordable, but they also go above and beyond to accommodate students and guarantors, which is something that’s remarkably challenging to find in the area! I rarely write reviews, even when service is disappointing, but the experience I’ve had with this company has been astonishing. I initially reached out through Zillow to schedule a tour for a property I was very interested in. After several days of silence, I called the number listed. That number led me to an automated menu that only allowed me to schedule a tour, but not speak to a representative. By far the best renting experience I’ve had in Boulder. Our landlord and his maintenance team were amazing and very helpful during the two years I rented through Harburg.
