I’ve used Harb’s for 40+ years. I gotta say I was disappointed for the first time. The work that was done was done correctly, but apparently the tech didn’t know he should wash the grease off of his hands before touching the interior. He got grease everywhere. Tighten up folks. I am very satisfied with the great service I received at Harb's Body Shop.
The person that helped me was very professional and reviewed the damage to my car which is being taken care of by insurance company. He clearly laid out how long it would have to be in their hands for repairs and recommended I get a rental car which I have arranged.
Harbs did a great job on my repairs. My mechanic communicated well with me and the overall customer service experience exceeded my expectations. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!!
