EDIT: To their response, you guys gave me a best case and worst case scenario quote. If not having to remove the bumper was best case scenario then your quote would’ve reflected that, but you didn’t. I’m not sure what software you are using but I, being the absolute idiot I am at all things car mechanics, found my answer in 20 seconds of googling regarding whether or you’d have to pull the bumper.
