Just picked up my new 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan from Volkswagen Nanaimo and couldn’t be happier. As a single mom, I went in feeling a bit nervous about making such a big purchase, but that quickly disappeared. Huge thank you to Kristi and David for making the entire experience feel seamless and comfortable. They were patient, supportive, and never made me feel pressured. I’m absolutely loving my new Tiguan — it feels like the perfect fit for me and my family. Grateful for such a positive experience from start to finish.

Great family owned dealership! You can really tell that the employees really enjoy working there. My wife and I felt very welcomed and were treated well. I actually felt great after my purchase. I recently purchased a ‘24 Taos from another dealership but found out when I went to set up the myVW app that it was still registered as a fleet vehicle and I would need someone at Volkswagen to fix it for me. I reached out to the sales department last night after hours and Thian quickly replied saying he would look into it for me in the morning.
