I called their service department and talked to Chad about my car I just bought and some services I need to do in near future. Chad was super helpful, polite, did not rush me through conversation by pretending to be busy and such and absolutely I had the top notch customer service experience. Thank you Chad!

Well, Drove down for some R N R on the island and quick getaway, we encountered 40+ degree weather for a week, got detoured on a service road due to a fatal accident on the #1 trans Canada, long story short car got damaged during on the way to Nanaimo.
