I am the Strata Council President of a residential building where Harbourview Electric was the primary contractor for a major fire alarm upgrade project. To Habourview electric, On Feb 23 2023, your vehicle with the license plate SK4657 around 7:25am on SE Marine drive. The driver with N badge was very disrespectful and playing “road games”. I was trying to change lanes because I needed to get to Richmond and on marine drive there is only one lane. As I signalled for a good minute your drive refused to give me space to merge in lane. We recently had some large improvements to our facility including multiple ceiling fans installed in our warehouse. Tom and his team were very professional and on time with everything they quoted. Great to work with.
