9 years with Harbourside vet with our 2 bulldogs. We’ve had issues come up from time to time and always received great treatment. Very honest vets and won’t rip you off. We moved out of the area and still come back to them
9 years now with the amazing team at Harbourside and the service has been outstanding every time. Specially for my Rollie who had to spend countless days with the team to get her on the mend, they treated her like royalty. Special thanks to Dr Carmen for always being so gentle and patient with all my fur babies, they absolutely adore her.
Sharing a bad review which is in response to the vet’s reply to my partners bad review earlier today. The vet claims they had a “experienced and respected doctor” do my dogs nail trimming job and yet this same doctor didn’t notice his bleeding and I had to notify them at the counter after having paid for the “service”. As you can see with my arms below, I came out covered in blood, also on my T-Shirt and my partner saw the state of me when I got home and called the vet for a refund because they weren’t decent enough to offer... read more
My partner took my 2 year old dog in for a simple job to get his nails cut. Carmen did the job, cut into his vein, he let out a yelp and it wasn’t until my partner was LEAVING the office that he noticed that his arm was covered in blood from my poor dogs paw. My partner had to alert the vet before anyone even noticed what was happening and of course charging him the $40 for the job.
