I had almost the exact same experience as the other reviewers, and honestly, it just confirms the ongoing pattern at this clinic. I arrived early, last patient left at about 12.30pm. No front desk, could hear staff chatting and laughing in the back, I was told they start at 1pm, fine, I respected that, 40 degrees, hot weather, went back to the car. Come 12.50, got out, trying my luck, was told that they have let to the vet know. 1pm came and went, and then another 10 minutes passed with still no one at the front desk, chit c... read more
