Shocked and dismayed. I was referred to Sowden for an emergency extraction. After they argued that an anesthesiologist was necessary to supervise the appointment and the first appointment available was not for approximately a month, half way through the waiting period, I found out from the staff that the only reason the delay was that long was because they were closed for 2 weeks. I would describe our experience with Dr. Sowden and the staff at Harbourside as skilled, professional, caring and accommodating. My 19 year old son had all 4 wisdom teeth out and it was a 100% positive experience. He was not looking forward to it (who is) but came out the other side totally fine, and empowered with the knowledge and skills to look after himself post-op. We can't thank you enough!
Dr. Sowden and the whole staff were great! Everything was explained to me so that I understood the procedure and what the best option for me was. Dr. Sowden called me in the evening after my surgery to check in and answer any questions that I had. I had a very short time frame in which I was able to get the surgery, and the reception staff worked urgently to ensure that I would be able to get it. Overall, a great experience, I highly recommend!
Dr. Sowden removed 5 of my daughters teeth and we couldn’t be happier with the care we received. First I will say Dr. Sowden is one of the most kindest and compassionate doctors I have ever met. He really cares about each one of his patients, takes the time to explain all the options and doesn’t push any particular one on you. I felt extremely comfortable and confident in his ability to care for my daughter. He took the time to call and check on her after the procedure.
