Never a problem
My wife and I have had very good experience with this location. Everyone is friendly and very efficient when we check in. Recently we mistakenly came in 1 hour late for an appointment. The office was very understanding and took us in a few minutes later. At most offices we would have been turned away or told to make another appointment. Thank you all, including Dr. Coble for your understanding.
My mother has Dr. Melchior as a cardiologist. Every time she goes, there is a problem. Six months ago his staff failed to renew her prescriptions, complained when he learned she was not taking them, then said maybe it was the pharmacy's fault. Last week he ordered lab work for her, saying all she had to do was go to LabCorp within a week. This morning when we went, LabCorp had no record of his request. I had to call the office TWO TIMES to get the secretaries to send the info in. This greatly inconvenienced the waiting room ... read more
