I called a few times, left a voice message and emailed. No one never called or contacted me back. I'm sorry but I'm not used to customer service that is this bad. If you don't want more clients, you can just say so. Don't leave people hanging and waiting.
Been going to Janet for 20 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Exceptional masseuse who knows the body better than anyone else I've been to. Highly recommended.
