Staff are very friendly, quick access, and empathetic when I needed an appointment for my daughter. Very thankful to be a patient at Harbourside.
Been having ongoing medical issues and inquiries for mental health although the NP I see has been great and helped me with my situations. But the clerk I have to call on line 5 always sounds irritated and makes me feel so negative after an inquiry. Making me feel like such a nuisance of a person having mental health issues and no empathy with me figuring out my next steps. Have heard multiple sassy remarks at me over the phone most of the time. I’ve been going here since I was little, and the staff in the last 4 years have been the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I had a huge infection in my face and they told me if I would’ve called at 8 I could’ve gotten in and but since I called at 11 there’s no way and no appointments for 2 weeks. Ridiculous and no empathy for anyone.
The girl didn't even LOOK to see when I could book my next appointment. Just said nothing nothing available multiple times. Listened to the fact I've been sick for about a month with a uti, and I have an iud. And just directed me elsewhere. Didn't offer a nurse. Didn't offer any other appointment times. Didn't even say to try again tomorrow. Haven't gotten to see my doctor in ages. Might as well die from infection with the help you'll get here or any other walk in.
