Dr O'Neil is a personable, professional and knowledgeable doctor. She took the time to listen to my concerns and help guide me through treatment. She is incredibly thorough in her practice. Her support staff including her receptionist are patient and responsive as well as highly organised. I highly recommend her and her team.
Dr Anne O'Neill was fantastic, she was professional and very friendly. The practice staff were also excellent, and my appointment was essentially on schedule. The other reviews aren't reflective of the true service at this clinic, if you Read and Follow the instructions you'll have a great experience and exceptional dermatological care.
Dr Wells is an outstanding dermatologist. She is highly professional, caring, and I have always felt confident under her care. The only downside is the experience with one receptionist, who has consistently made booking and communication unpleasant. Despite being a long-term patient and advised by Dr Wells to attend regular reviews, I was often refused appointments even when calling months in advance, and sometimes spoken to in a dismissive way.
