It's impossible to communicate. I have been trying to book a 24 hour holter monitor for the past two weeks, and despite my multiple attempts, I have not been able get a clear communication from them. On 3rd December, I phoned your reception to book an appointment. I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a return call as promised.
