I have to say that this was the least stressful (and without discomfort) GYN appt I've ever had. I am very thankful for the kindness and consideration they showed me on my first visit.
I called October 29th and the first available appointment I could get was today January 7th. I had an insurance issue and called this morning to double check if I could still be seen. The lady that I spoke with verified I could and still come and not to change the appointment. I went and sat in the waiting room after checking for 35 minutes past my appointment time to be told by the office manager that I in fact would not be able to be seen. Harbour Women's Health has been the best OB that I've been to. They are always on time for appointments, provide a comprehensive review and answer any and all questions, and provide follow ups timely. Really appreciate them!
I have been trying to communicate for over two weeks and no one answers the phone. I have left multiple messages but I haven't be able to get hold of anyone yet. I wish they had another way of communication. Unfortunately not good customer service.
