Contracted to replace my leaking rear engine seal. Not installed properly so my flywheel rubbed on the new seal, causing it to fail within the first week. Contacted the 'mechanic' Jeff A. (alias name he gives) by texts and voice-phone messages several times to claim the 6-month warranty promised. He would not respond. Had to take it to another mechanic. Anyone can make a mistake.
